How is the Real Estate market doing?
Even though there has been a slight increase of the number of homes for sale compared to previous months, buyers continue to outnumber new listings and sale prices continue increase.
We're still in a seller's market! Now's the time to take advantage of the seller's market as we head into Fall. Before you know it we'll be in the holiday season when things tend to quiet down for both sellers and buyers.
